Information/Consent details

If you are undertaking Principles of Professional Communication 100483, you are invited to fill out this short survey. This evaluation survey is to discover what you already know, and what you will have learned in the unit, Principles of Professional Communication. We will use the survey to evaluate the unit's effectiveness, and improve it..

It is intended to ask you a set of questions now, and then the same questions, towards the end of the unit.  It should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Any information or personal details gathered in the course of the survey are confidential. No individual will be identified in any publication of the results, nor will you be identified from the questionnaire.

Your responses will be completely anonymous, since any server information about your email address or IP address will NOT be recorded.
